The manager went above and beyond to help us with our room as I needed an accessible room. I was pleasantly surprised at the caring and thoughtful assistance he gave.
We stayed here to attend the Kynren show, absolutely perfect location. The room was clean and spacious. Every member of staff we encountered on our stay was friendly helpful and polite Breakfast at the brewers fayre just across the way, it was lovely and again all the staff very pleasant.
This particular Premier Inn is nice and clean, has air con and black out curtains. We stayed for 2 nights and then decided to stay for another 2 nights at this particular branch, as we felt so comfortable there. The staff are all lovely and friendly and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. After we found our holiday cottage we booked for the week was infested with spiders and was filthy, this Premier Inn was a life saver for us and our family. It was so nice to arrive and feel so nice and cosy in their well-equipped room. If we ever head that way again, we’ll definitely stay there again. The breakfast next door is also really good. We sat at a table and were surprised to see baby bunnies outside, which was lovely to see. The breakfasts were well worth the money and our children got to eat for free. It’s also in a great location as there are lots of shops nearby, but it doesn’t feel like a concrete jungle at all.
A Premier Inn as it should be. A clean, convenient budget hotel. Excellent staff, very welcoming. A good mid stop off for a long journey. Has a Brewers Fayre attached so food at a reasonable cost available.
Great service from the guy on the desk when we arrived on Thursday evening. Can’t remember his name but he supported Newcastle. Had a chat about football while checking in. Gave us a free upgrade to the premier plus rooms. Nice clean room with no faults. Plenty of parking as well Will definitely book again
The receptionist Melodie was amazingly helpful such a nice lady, the room was clean and well laid out. I stay in premier inns every week nation wide and this is the best one yet!
Comfy bed, aircon, strong shower, good breakfast and friendly staff. Bonus is good pub with beer garden on site and also good Little Sicily Italian restaurant a short walk away.
